Nominette B.V. aims to keep its clients satisfied. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions, please submit them to us. We can only deal with a complaint relating to the delivery if the delivered product is not the same as stated in the order confirmation.
The complaint must be reported no later than 8 working days after receipt, otherwise we will unfortunately no longer be able to handle it. In order to be able to help you correctly and find a mutually suitable solution, we kindly ask you to report your complaint, either by e-mail to info@nominette.com or by phone at +3253827770. To properly assess the product complaint, we may subsequently ask you to return the shipment to us by registered mail, if necessary.
If this doesn’t lead to a solution, you can file your complaint at Stichting WebwinkelKeur. It is also possible for consumers within the EU to report disputes via the European Commission's ODR platform, which can be found on http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
