Terms, prices and conditions may vary. It is preferential to read them first before you make a new purchase. All rights, agreements, orders and offers are according the Dutch law. Prices are included VAT and delivery. Deliveries are done by post. Nominette bv is not responsible for any delays caused by organizational problems at the Post offices in the involved countries. Nominette bv is not responsible for any excess delivery time, damage or loss by the Post.
No other payments than these by credit and debit card are acceptable as payment for orders via this website. You will get an email, as soon as the payment has been received.
As the labels are specially made for you, and cannot be used for any other purpose, we cannot take responsibility for any change of mind, spelling mistakes, color and font mistakes, unless you are sending us the corrected information the same day. We will not refund the delivery, is you have not followed the usage instructions.
Slight differences in colors and fonts might occur.
In all other cases, we will reproduce the product, once the payment for this reproduction has been received.
We will dispatch each order within the terms indicated on the site. However, if a product is temporary not available due to the fact that we ran out of stock, you will be notified by us. If your requested product cannot be delivered, we will email you to advise you of the change. We will refund what has already been paid, if we have not agreed on an alternative product, or if the alternative product isn't available as well. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time.
We shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any goods from the website or for refusing to process an order.
All deliveries will be sent to the delivery address, specified by you on the order. We are not responsible for not having delivered the product, is the delivery address is incorrect, unless we are at fault. In that last case, we will make sure that the exact same product will be re-delivered in the shortest possible term.
We will only deliver the labels to the country that is indicated on the website. If you want the goods to be delivered to another country, or an overseas country, you first need to contact our customer service. Only in exceptional occasions, and after the written agreement by mail, by your contact person, we will arrange a delivery to that country. The eventual extra charge has to be paid in advance, in agreement with the contact person. This payment will be confirmed to you by email.
For each order you have placed, you will receive a confirmation email which wilt include the order number and order details, as well the confirmation of your payment. (credit or debit) As we are only producing personalized labels and personalized products, we can only do the production, after having received the payment.
The invoice will be enclosed to your delivery.
We will ensure that your order is conducted via a secure link. However, we are not liable for any loss if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any information you provide via such link. The payment cards are indicated on the website.
When making an order through the Website, the technical steps the Buyer needs to take to complete the order process are described below: Step l: Add desired items to shopping cart Step2: Create a user account or login profile with all mandatory billing and shipping information (where * denotes a required field). The information provided and kept in the Buyers account is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and should not proceed with ordering if any information is incorrect. Step3: Choose a payment method confirm order details. Step 4: Enter payment information and confirm payment details.
a) Where goods may only be purchased by persons of a certain age the Buyer will be asked when placing an order to declare that they are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the goods.
b) If the Seller discovers that the Buyer is not legally entitled to order certain goods, the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice.
The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, Eire, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and the Seller shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the law of The Netherlands and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch Courts.
